Return Window
You’ve got 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a refund or replacement. Two solid weeks to make sure everything’s up to your standards.
Condition of Returns
For hygiene reasons, all products must be unused to qualify for a refund or replacement. We’re not dealing with dirty undies here. However, if there’s a manufacturer’s defect or you received the wrong item, that’s on us, and we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.
Shipping Costs
Once you return the item, provide proof of postage for reimbursement. We cover standard shipping costs – tracking is fine, but special delivery is on you. Keep it reasonable, and we’ve got you covered.
Proof of Purchase
We’ve got records of every order made through our website. You’ll need to provide your email address, order number, and specific item SKU for the refund or replacement. You’ll find all this info in your email invoice. Don’t mess around – failing to provide this info on time cancels your refund or replacement request.

Exclusions
Worn items? Forget about it. No refunds or replacements for used products. Only manufacturer’s defects or incorrect items from the distributor are eligible for refunds or replacements. No valid reason, no refund or replacement.

Refunds go back to the original payment method used for the order. This is to prevent any fraud. No exceptions.
Processing Time
Once we get the item back, we’ll investigate and verify your claim within two working days. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund or replacement promptly.
