At Jocks Of Steel, we don’t mess around. Orders are processed and ready to ship within one working day. Quick, efficient, and reliable – just the way you like it.

Once your order is out the door, expect delivery within up to 10 working days. We know you’re eager to get your hands on our gear, and we’re working hard to make sure it gets to you pronto.

We primarily roll with Evri, but sometimes we might switch it up with other carriers to ensure your package gets to you safely and on time. We’ve got this covered.

We keep it simple with a flat shipping fee of £2.99 for standard delivery. No surprises, no hidden fees – just straightforward shipping.

Currently, we’re shipping exclusively within the UK. Got a buddy overseas who’s dying for our gear? Hang tight – we’re working on expanding our reach.

We know you like to keep tabs on your package. Once your order reaches the UK, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your gear’s journey right to your doorstep.

You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched. This email will include all the details you need, and we’ll follow up with tracking info once your package hits the UK.

Need to change your shipping address? No problem. As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, shoot us an email at shipping@jocksofsteel.co.uk, and we’ll update it for you.

We aim to ship all your items together. If there’s a reason we need to split your order, we’ll let you know. No surprises, just great service. As we use multiple suppliers, it’s very possible that we might not be able to bundle your items together, bear with us!

Your privacy is important to us. While our packaging lists the items inside for delivery purposes, they’re small enough to slip through your letterbox. Own it with pride – you’re getting the best gear around, delivered discreetly but confidently.
